Cancellation Policy

Scheduling & Deposit Team education sessions are confirmed upon receipt of a signed agreement and a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total session fee. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the session. Rescheduling Sessions may be rescheduled at no additional charge if requested more than 48 hours before the scheduled start time. Rescheduled sessions must be completed within 90 days of the original booking date, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the scheduled session will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. A new deposit will be required to secure a new date. Cancellations Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled session will forfeit the deposit, but no additional fees will be charged. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session will forfeit the deposit and may be responsible for any non-refundable travel expenses already incurred. No-Show Policy If the team, organization, or designated contact is unavailable at the scheduled session time and does not communicate a delay within 15 minutes of the start time, the session will be considered a no-show and the deposit will be forfeited. Presenter Cancellation In the unlikely event that the presenter must cancel due to illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond reasonable control, the client may choose between: Rescheduling the session at no additional cost, or Receiving a full refund of any fees paid, including the deposit. Weather & Force Majeure Sessions impacted by severe weather, facility closures, travel disruptions, or other circumstances beyond either party's control may be rescheduled without penalty. Late Arrivals Sessions will end at the originally scheduled time. Delays caused by the client may result in a shortened session to accommodate other commitments. By booking a session, the client acknowledges and agrees to this cancellation and rescheduling policy.
